In the wee hours of this very morning I hiked up Mount Washburn, bear bell tinkling away, for a view of the spectacle: the lunar eclipse, the sunrise, the moonset, and the view in general (you can see all the way to the Tetons).
In the end, I was a bit more successful with photographing the moonset than anything else. I’ll post details and more images tomorrow as I get them post-processed.
